Last year, both Sergio and his team managed to win in the playoff, the first time in golf history that a tournament had been decided with two tiebreakers on the same day. But the competition will be stronger than ever. All the stars of LIV Golf will be present again, including Bryson DeChambeau, the current icon, and his team, Crushers GC, who are returning to Valderrama after losing both individual and team playoffs in 2024.

And if that weren’t enough, Jon Rahm will be giving his all to conquer Valderrama. His relationship with golf began with the annual pilgrimages he made to Sotogrande with his parents, but glory on this course has, so far, eluded him.
